The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for services within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The services are provided by nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate tasks to care staff in other areas based on their profession.

At the Rehabilitation Unit of the Care Administration, you will be part of an engaged team of 32 occupational therapists and physiotherapists, as well as eight rehabilitation assistants.

We have strong cohesion and are led by two unit managers who provide support. You will be based at one of our five workplaces – four in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe.

As a clinical physiotherapist with us, you will work person-centeredly with assessment, interventions, and follow-ups within rehabilitation and habilitation. You will prescribe medical technical products and guide physiotherapeutic interventions. Your work involves close collaboration with nurses, case managers, coordinators, and care staff, and you will also have contact with colleagues in the region through the digital system “Mina Planer”.

Requirements:

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Class B driver's license is required.
• High collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in a team but also take personal responsibility
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
