What do we offer?

• We are a well-functioning health center with fixed doctors and various specialist clinics.
• All listed patients have a responsible physician.
• We offer good working conditions.
• We are located in nice premises centrally in Bjuv.
• The practice has about 7450 listed patients.

The work as a general practitioner at our clinic involves investigating and treating patients. We work systematically and structured with the aim of always offering our patients the best care. Visits can be both planned and urgent.

The role may also include supervision of medical students and residents as an important part of our mission is to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. With us, you will work closely with all professions at the clinic and you will be an important part of the ongoing improvement work and development of the practice.

Our staff includes 2 permanently employed district doctors and residents placed at the health center. The practice also includes a physiotherapy clinic and a counseling clinic.

We are a group that loves to laugh and appreciates having fun at work; we are a close-knit little team! We truly see the importance of meeting and regularly enjoy good food and coffee together every day!

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine or a licensed physician with experience in primary care.
• You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to see the practice from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus.
• You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations and have an easy time collaborating.
• You need to have good communication skills to create good relationships with patients as well as colleagues. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs and your approach is professional and humble.
• It is an advantage if you have experience and/or interest in supervising residents.
