We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a temporary position of 75%-85% at Solbacken in Lund. We offer training and several benefits.

About Solbacken

Solbacken is located in a three-story building near a pleasant allotment area in Lund. We are close to a bus stop, and there is parking available adjacent to Solbacken.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
• We apply a needs-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences. We schedule for 2 x 5 weeks at a time.
• We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
• You have a group manager who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations.
• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
