Right next to the train station, you will find Lindesberg Health Center in new, bright, and fresh premises. We have 13,000 registered patients, and here you will become an important part of a team where different healthcare professions collaborate to meet patients' needs in a coordinated and efficient manner. We are developing our health center with the goal of creating a safe and modern healthcare experience - where both patients and employees thrive.

The health center is part of the Area of Close Care. In the area, there are approximately 2,400 employees across eleven different operational areas. Close care includes care that is common, frequently occurring, and geographically close to patients. The area includes primary care operations with health centers, health center emergency services, youth clinics, medical advice, asylum and immigrant health, the generally specialized care at the county's three hospitals, and geriatric clinics, as well as activities within habilitation and assistive devices. By expanding cooperation between health centers, specialized hospital care, and the county's municipalities, we create even better care - always with the patient's best interests in focus.

Job Responsibilities

As a junior doctor at Lindesberg Health Center, you will have a varied role, including working with your own clinic with planned and urgent visits supported by an experienced colleague. Time for supervision and medical reasoning with colleagues is scheduled. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed medical training and is classified by the National Board of Health and Welfare as a junior doctor with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. If you have a license, it is an advantage. You are confident in your professional role, focus on patient safety, and have the ability to make decisions independently. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, especially the ability to collaborate, good communication, and a willingness to develop. You have a positive and professional approach to your work, where the patient is the focus, and your ethical values align with the operations we conduct.
