Pilgården's health center is located in Degerfors and has about 8300 registered patients. Pilgården is described as a cheerful health center with a constant desire to develop. Physiotherapist/Home Rehabilitation at Pilgården's Health Center

Job Responsibilities

The main part of the job consists of rehabilitation at home in teams within a defined geographical area. The work includes assessment, treatment/exercise, guidance and instructions to the municipality's care staff and relatives, prescription of aids, care planning, follow-up, etc.

Collaboration with doctors and physiotherapists at the health center in Degerfors and Karlskoga hospital is a natural part of the work.

Qualifications

Licensed physiotherapist with experience and interest in rehabilitation of the elderly.

As a person, you are independent, attentive, and flexible with the ability to make your own decisions while knowing when to consult others. You are interested in business development, have good initiative and collaboration skills, enjoy problem-solving, and mentoring others. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is required as travel is included in the job.

The health-promoting mission of primary care is a central part of the operation, which is why an interest in lifestyle issues is meritorious.
