About the Role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Vågen, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

Apoteket Vågen is the only pharmacy in the area and is centrally located in Degerfors. We are a small but dedicated team of three, where each individual has their own responsibilities to ensure smooth staffing and high quality in our work. We have a close and good collaboration with the pharmacies in Karlskoga, which gives us the opportunity to continuously develop and improve our services.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to take on the role of inventory manager, a central and important role at the pharmacy. You contribute to the pharmacy's development by optimizing inventory levels according to local demand.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to achieving success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your Competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
