We are looking for someone who is curious about working at a health center in the western part of Region Örebro County and is a physiotherapist.

Baggängen Health Center is characterized by a wide range of patient groups and good teamwork with other professions. Here we have good conditions for education and a well-documented ST training program. The education mindset exists throughout the health center, meaning ample space is given for supervision and job shadowing. In Karlskoga, nature is just around the corner. Karlskoga is a small town with just over 30,000 inhabitants. A common denominator for the western part of Region Örebro County is the proximity to fantastic nature. Job Responsibilities

The work involves standard health center duties, and at Baggängen Health Center, we can offer you a workplace where you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in your area of interest. The health center has about 55 employees in various professions, of which 4 are physiotherapists. There are good opportunities to get to know colleagues in all professions, both within the health center and between other health centers in the west and the hospital as well as the municipality, as collaboration is both desirable and necessary. We aim to collaborate on group activities between our different health centers and also strive to develop alternative forms of reception, such as digital visits.

Currently, there is a need to appoint a coordinator for the group of physiotherapists in the western part of the county from the existing staff. This position could also encompass this task.

Qualifications

Licensed physiotherapist. Experience from working at a health center is an advantage. Based on our patient groups, we also see it as an advantage if you have expertise in MDT or OMT and/or chronic pain and mental health issues, or have an interest in deepening your knowledge in these areas.

The work requires good judgment, independence, and engagement, as well as a good ability to collaborate. It is important that you are unpretentious, curious to learn new things, and view constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work for your and others' development. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. Contributing to the development and quality work of the organization is seen as a natural part of your job.
