About the job

You will work with system development in one of our cross-functional development teams. The team organizes its own work, collaborates towards a common goal, and is responsible for its deliveries.

At the Swedish Tax Agency's IT department, we develop solutions that provide direct societal benefits and make it easy for our customers to do the right thing in a secure way.

We have a long-term mission and invest in sustainable, future-proof solutions with minimized technical debt. The public good is always in focus.

We are in an ongoing system renewal where we are introducing modern technology and developing our architecture. The development environment includes Java, SpringBoot, and React on an internal cloud platform.

About you

You should also have:

• at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a system developer
• relevant post-secondary IT education

It is desirable that you have experience with:

• Java and Spring Boot
• JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Relational databases
• Microservices-based architecture

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
