About UsCapio Eye is the common brand for Capio Medocular, Capio Globen Eye Clinic, Capio Scanloc Healthcare, and Capio Stockholm Eye Clinic. At Capio Eye, we have extensive experience in eye diseases and eye surgeries. We have been around for over 35 years and are today one of the largest eye care companies in the Nordic region, specializing in cataract surgery, general eye care, and refractive surgery. Since our inception, we have performed over 600,000 eye surgeries and carry out about 20% of all cataract surgeries in Sweden. Capio Eye currently has 13 eye clinics from Sundsvall in the north to Malmö in the south. We primarily work on behalf of the Region, but also have privately paying patients, who either come directly to us or via insurance companies. Our first regional agreement was made as early as 1988, being the first agreement a county council made with a private healthcare provider to perform cataract surgeries.

Helsingborg Eye Clinic is our latest addition to Capio Eye. The clinic is located near the station and just a stone's throw from the harbor. It is modern with several beautiful light entries from the ceiling and with the best accessibility for our patients. There are also two operating rooms, several examination rooms, and waiting rooms. The equipment and machines are new.

About You

Job Responsibilities Investigation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients, general ophthalmology.

Qualifications Specialist in eye diseases according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's approval.

At least 3 years of documented clinical experience in the specialty after completing and passing specialist training.
