About us
The summer position as a nurse will be distributed across different units based on resource needs during the holiday periods. Our units focus on HVB, special housing (SÄBO), short-term placements, and LSS.
Common to the units is comorbidity in the form of substance abuse and mental health issues. We offer individual treatment with specialized expertise in this area. We accept placements according to LSS, SoL, LVM §27, LVU, LPT. On behalf of the placing social services, we can conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, which may result in established diagnoses. As part of this or separately, we can also perform functional assessments. We work salutogenically based on a holistic view of the individual. With the help of an adapted and clear structure in a harmonious, safe, and permissive environment, we aim to create conditions for change. Individual treatment interventions combined with daily activities and leisure activities provide the client with a balance in life.
Your responsibilities
In the role of nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the development of the organization and your colleagues' competencies, as you will educate and guide nursing staff as needed. You will also collaborate closely with the operations manager who leads and develops the organization. You will also be part of a network for nurses within Humana.
You will primarily work with:
- Independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions
- Managing and following up documentation and deviations
- Assisting with the move-in of new clients and being responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks
About the employment
- Working hours and degree of employment: Daytime, 100%, on-call may occur in the position
- Employment form: Summer position June-August
- Salary: Salary is based on agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.
- Start date: By agreement

For this position, it is required that you:
- are a licensed nurse
- have a B driver's license
It is also advantageous if you:
- have knowledge in psychiatry and/or substance abuse issues
- have experience in similar work.
