Simrishamn Municipality has a large proportion of elderly citizens and invests heavily in early interventions and quality services. All to enable more people to stay at home with a good quality of life. The rehab team is a central part of this investment and is undergoing an exciting transformation process to meet the needs. The team currently consists of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care administrators, nurses, and nursing staff who work together to support patients in home care.

We are now expanding our team with a physiotherapist. Could it be you who joins us?

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist with us, you will harness the strengths of each individual, considering their circumstances and matching them with rehabilitative interventions. In your daily work, you will perform and lead health and medical care interventions within your professional responsibility. You will also be a sounding board for your colleagues on rehabilitative issues, delegating and offering guidance as needed. The work requires a flexible approach with the patient's needs at the center.

As support in your work, you have a friendly and helpful team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues, and you have me, Ingela Löfberg, as your immediate manager, along with the medical responsible for rehabilitation (MAR) who oversees the municipality's quality and development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Driver's license, class B

You are a helpful colleague who contributes your knowledge and can inspire others. Your working style is structured, you see the bigger picture, prioritize, and make decisions based on that.
