The health center in Arlöv is located in a green environment between Lund and Malmö with easy parking and good bus and train connections. We have approximately 8700 registered patients representing a cross-section of modern Swedish society. We have specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, elderly care, and heart failure.

Our team consists of doctors, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. The child health center (BVC) is part of the family center Samovaren, which collaborates closely with preschools and other specialists in child development and health. In addition to BVC, we have open preschool, social advisors, and maternal health care. We are committed to the development of primary care in the municipality and have medical responsibility for approximately 150 care places in special housing, distributed across three facilities, one in Åkarp and two in Arlöv.

Through ongoing development and improvement work, there is an opportunity to be involved and drive the business forward. We work from a team perspective and ensure that our patients have good accessibility with high medical safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed doctor with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare and who has specialist competence in general medicine. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. Work experience from primary care is an advantage.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you always have the patient's needs in focus. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have a good ability to make independent decisions. You have a flexible working style while being responsible and secure in your professional practice. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and, together with your colleagues, contribute to our good working climate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
