About the Workplace

In the area of regular housing, the home care areas Nord 1 and Nord 4 are responsible for home care services in central Helsingborg, as well as in Laröd, Hittarp, and Domsten.

Job Responsibilities

The position is a strategic role that includes practical mentoring aspects. In your role, you will be a role model and identify, develop, and drive various quality areas that are in focus. You will work closely with unit managers, administrators, coordinators, and various representatives, acting as a link to the care staff. Some tasks will also require you to collaborate with HSL staff to create equivalent care and support for our customers and to achieve the goal of uniform work processes.

You will contribute to ensuring that routines and quality work at the unit are followed, and an important part of your work will be to support the care staff in these matters. Your role will also involve being supportive and participative in meetings, during follow-ups of representative roles, in documentation and implementation plans, and in ensuring that the goals of the operational plan are anchored in the organization. You will also have an important function in the units' internal controls as well as in training and continuing education.

Qualifications

You need to be a trained care assistant and have experience working in elderly care, as well as knowledge of the legislation that regulates the work, such as SoL and HSL. To succeed in the role, you also need to have experience in driving change work.

A large part of your work will involve communicating clearly, pedagogically, and enthusiastically, which is why it is important that you handle the Swedish language fluently, both orally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have good computer skills and experience working with the systems Procapita, LifeCare, and MCSS. Experience in BPSD and Senior Alert is also seen as positive.

Additional Information

The position is fundamentally a care assistant position with a mandate regarding quality assignments for one year at a time. The position can be converted to a traditional care assistant position with a 37-hour week.
