We are looking for an experienced and dedicated property manager for an exciting assignment with our client. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of buildings in several counties and act as the client's representative in various negotiations and coordination projects.

Your Responsibilities

· Financial monitoring and budgeting

· Ongoing management of buildings in Stockholm, Södermanland, Värmland, Västmanland, and Örebro

· Leasing of premises and rental negotiations

· Represent Trafikverket as the property owner in negotiations

· Plan and order maintenance of buildings, including project coordination with project managers and contractors, which may include state heritage buildings

· Manage tenant adaptations

· Follow up on operational contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements Profile

· At least three (3) years of experience in similar assignments within commercial property management, where the shortest assignment has been at least 12 months. The experience should be from the last ten (10) years.

· Education in property management or equivalent education combined with experience deemed equivalent by Trafikverket.

· Good knowledge of the Office suite.

· Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
