What do we offer you?

In the role of district nurse, you will work with telephone advice and clinic work. You will participate in medical assessments and work closely with other professional categories at the clinic. We prefer that you have asthma/COPD training. We use the PMO journal system and would like you to be able to manage this system. We also want you to be involved in working with processes and routines.

At the health center, we have diabetes care, elderly care, asthma and COPD, and hypertension care.

Our view of primary care is that we work together with all competencies, where all parts are equally important. It is easy to reach us by public transport. We see it as a given that you want to contribute to a joyful work environment!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a competent and positive district nurse and would like you to have previous experience in primary care.

We place great importance on you contributing to an open and positive work climate together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills with the rest of the team. Naturally, you always have the patient in focus and care about providing a good reception both over the phone and in personal meetings.
