Specialistläkarna in Lund is a private clinic that provides healthcare on behalf of Region Skåne and is looking for a nursing assistant for a full-time position.

We provide care in urology, orthopedics, ear-nose-throat, endoscopic examinations (colonoscopy and gastroscopy), and gynecology.

The tasks will vary from day to day, with training in the different areas being a given. The main tasks are to:

• assist doctors during examinations and procedures, such as cystoscopy, prostate biopsies, colonoscopy, gastroscopy, and minor surgeries.
• perform hearing tests
• take venous samples
• schedule follow-up appointments for patients
• ensure that examination rooms are prepared

We are a workplace where you become part of the team. It is important to us that one takes responsibility for their tasks and feels seen. We need the applicant to be prepared to create a well-developed teamwork as well as independent work. A cheerful and positive attitude towards both patients and staff is essential. Since we are a relatively small unit, it is important that cooperation among staff works well. Previous experience in similar care is an advantage.

You should have a positive attitude towards your work, be flexible, sometimes able to work at a fast pace, and enjoy working independently with varying tasks, but also have good teamwork skills and be able to work in a team. You should be able to plan and have a commitment that contributes to the continued development of the business. Great emphasis is therefore placed on personal suitability.

The position is primarily located at our clinic in Lund, but you may also be scheduled at our sister clinic in Malmö (Specialistläkarna in Malmö, at Adelgatan 11).

Start date: immediate
