Your Responsibilities

In the role of order processor, you will belong to Special Orders, whose main task is to handle deviations, incidents, and deliveries, as well as monitor all orders coming into Spendrups. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that order placement is qualitative and that Spendrups delivers proactive and responsive service to its customers.

In this role, you will primarily handle incoming orders via email from both internal and external customers. The role also includes handling invoice inquiries from our corporate customers.

Examples of Tasks:

• Register incoming orders received via email and, in some cases, coordinate delivery dates.
• Act as the first point of contact for invoice inquiries from Spendrups restaurant customers and wholesalers.
• Problem-solving within logistics and transport.
• Handling various other customer matters related to order placement, invoicing, and delivery.

Your Profile

To succeed in this job, you need to be driven, proactive, organized, and social. You take initiative and are good at driving your work forward. As a person, you are a team player and have a very good ability to collaborate and communicate with others.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant high school education, further education in economics is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.
• Preferably studying economics and available for part-time work during the semesters.
