Procurement Specialist in Contracting

The Riksdag Administration is an authority tasked with facilitating the work of the Parliament. Approximately 750 politically neutral employees work at the Riksdag Administration with many different types of tasks. We are now looking for a procurement specialist in contracting for the procurement function, which is part of the finance unit.

The finance unit currently has 16 employees, and you will be part of a team consisting of 6 people. As a procurement specialist, you will have a varied, challenging, and stimulating job in an exciting organization.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for independently driving and conducting mandatory procurements in various operational areas, primarily within the property sector. The work is carried out in close collaboration with managers and employees from the operations. The procurements are often conducted as security-protected procurements primarily according to LOU, but LUFS may also occur. You will also provide advice to the operations on various procurement issues and need to stay updated within the procurement area and case law. You are expected to actively contribute to the development of the procurement function and to a good team spirit.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree or other relevant education that the employer considers equivalent
• good knowledge and experience in conducting procurement for contracts according to general terms AB/ABT
• strong competence in LOU and applicable case law
• several years of experience in driving and conducting advertised public procurements through all stages of the procurement process

It is advantageous to have:

• experience with procurements according to ABK and AFF
• experience with the procurement tool Kommers
• experience in conducting training within the procurement area
• experience in conducting security-protected procurements
