Professionals Nord is now launching our successful Automation School for the fifth time, where we train the next generation of automation technicians. During the training, you will have a unique opportunity to quickly develop in areas such as mechatronics, electrical engineering, control systems, and programming. After graduation, you will be employed by us and work as a consultant at Elektroautomatik for the first 18 months, with the goal of a long-term employment.

Information about the program

Through PN Automation School, you have the opportunity to train in automation technology in just 12 weeks – completely free of charge!

The training is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical moments to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the training, you will develop in areas such as mechatronics, electrical engineering, control systems, and programming.

You will undergo a free intensive training course for 12 weeks, during which you will also receive a monthly training allowance (equivalent to CSN) during the study period, to give you the opportunity for a rocket start to your new career as an automation technician!

• Kick-off event: May 22
• Pre-studies: May 26 – June 20
• Training period: June 23 – September 26, 2025
• Time off / self-study: July 21 – August 1, 2025
• Internship date: September 8
• First day at Elektroautomatik: September 29, 2025

The training program is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Elektroautomatik. After completing your degree, you will be employed by Professionals Nord and during the first 18 months you will work as a consultant at Elektroautomatik. Provided that the collaboration has worked well, the goal and intention is for continued employment at Elektroautomatik. Information about the position

At Elektroautomatik, you will be part of a positive and experienced team in the role of automation technician. Together, they work to ensure the best service for their customers. Initially, you will shadow a colleague to properly get into the role, and then you will be able to drive your work more independently. With the right attitude and drive, there are good opportunities to continue growing and developing within the company.

In the role of automation technician at Elektroautomatik, your workdays will be varied where you perform improvement work and support maintenance and troubleshooting for customers. In this role, you will both contact and engage in dialogues with customers while constantly building long-term customer relationships.

You will, among other things:

• Install and configure automation systems in new and existing facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and control systems.
• Program and optimize PLC systems and other control systems.
• Participate in improvement work and development of technical solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
• Report and document completed assignments in the maintenance system.

We are looking for someone who

• Is technically interested and enjoys working both physically and in technical environments.
• Has passed tests (MAP & Matrigma).
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish.
• Previous work experience in industry or mechanics is advantageous.
