Description

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our client's team to support the development of their assembly lines, both in the current factory and at the new Robotics Campus in Sweden.

This role is crucial for improving production processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety, quality, and delivery requirements are met by solving problems, analyzing issues, and providing support and equipment to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Production Engineer, you will work closely with supporting functions, such as line technicians and operators, in daily operations. You will hold weekly meetings with line managers and supporting functions to ensure progress on current activities and priorities. You will be responsible for the development of assembly methods, instructions, and PFMEA, ensuring that the right tools, meeting the requirements, are available at the correct station/department.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working as a production engineer with the development of assembly factories
• Master's degree in production engineering, logistics, or similar
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Preferably, strong knowledge of Lean and World Class Manufacturing.
• Very good English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
