Logistics Developer Wanted

Do you have experience in logistics development and want to play a central role in optimizing and streamlining production flows? We are now looking for a Logistics Developer for an exciting position with our client. The assignment runs from May 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with good opportunities for continued development.

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily production by leading logistics-related improvement activities, optimizing material flows, and implementing effective methods and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve logistical challenges and ensure that the business adheres to internal guidelines and external requirements.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Daily support to production and management of logistics activities
• Responsible for purchasing and implementing necessary tools and equipment for the production line
• Train operators in existing processes and working methods
• Manage and develop existing processes within the business
• Ensure that processes comply with standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead incoming packaging requirements and collaborate with packaging engineers
• Identify deficiencies in the business and drive improvement projects
• Lead and be responsible for tasks in projects to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Act as a technical project manager within logistics and be responsible for schedules, resource allocation, and budget
• Ensure appropriate support for RTO and other activities and implement improvement measures
• Create and manage material flows for assembly lines

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with an analytical and solution-oriented approach who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can take initiative and drive improvements. You have a strong ability to collaborate with different departments and external suppliers. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of logistics processes and an understanding of how to effectively manage material flows in a production environment.

To Fit the Role, You Should Have:

• Experience in logistics and production support
• Understanding of logistics processes and production planning
• Experience in improvement projects within logistics and material flows
• Ability to work structured and independently
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
