As a Product Owner for Finance, you will oversee the execution of the finance roadmap for branded webstores and marketplaces across the EU & APMEA regions. You will be an integral part of the broader Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) Experience organization, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business owners to ensure our products meet customer needs and align with our business goals.

The finance product area requires a deep understanding of the order-to-cash flow to design and implement solutions and improvements that drive sales and commercial growth for our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) channels. You will report directly to the Product Manager for D2C Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with both business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements while assessing their impact on the financial flows within the D2C consumer journey.
• Translate business requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
• Work closely with development and scrum teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document the blueprint of developed features and assess their performance and ROI over time.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have excellent prioritization skills and the ability to dive into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. We believe that a successful candidate will possess:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within D2C or finance-related industries.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
• Proficiency in Jira for managing product backlogs and sprints.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP finance domain (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A curious, self-motivated mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
