Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest drive. Together with your colleagues, you will shape a relational leadership where the quality of teaching is the focus. We create the best possible meeting for learning.

As a teacher in the after-school program with us in Varberg Municipality, you have a central role in creating a safe, developing, and motivating environment for the students. By planning, implementing, and following up on your varied teaching, you provide students with the opportunity to develop both socially and academically. You work to strengthen their creativity, curiosity, and self-esteem through play, creation, and movement.

Together with your colleagues, you plan and follow up on the after-school program based on your choices of pedagogical and didactic strategies and methods, tailored to the students' needs and conditions. You meet each student in their knowledge progression and contribute to developing learning environments that encourage students' learning, participation, and influence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with qualifications for teaching in after-school programs. With a holistic view of learning and teaching, you see the opportunities to support students' development throughout the school day and create a red thread between school and after-school programs.

As a teacher in the after-school program, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific principles with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the organization by planning and following up on teaching together. You have good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we are responsible for creating a sustainable work environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
