We have two lovely restaurants, Palmers & Coco Beach Club. At Palmers, we serve Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the promenade in Nice, the squares around the Amalfi Coast & vibrant food markets in Tel Aviv. Coco Beach Club offers a relaxed atmosphere with food and drinks inspired by the lively South and Central America.

We are now looking for you, our new colleague in the kitchen!

Who are you? As a chef at Ellery Beach House, you are dedicated, engaged, and passionate about cooking. You can plan your work well and have experience in service at the pass and can take responsibility for your station. Above all, you are a team player, humble in your cooking, and want to create culinary joy that our guests will remember, appreciate, and want to return to. You appreciate a dynamic schedule as the work will vary between days, evenings, and weekends. We also see that you

• Have a good understanding of ingredients
• Have the desire to develop yourself and others
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where a lot is happening
• Can communicate in English or Swedish
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a kitchen
