Hotel Receptionist Wanted at Livington Hotel

We are now looking for a hotel receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby.
Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 hotel rooms.
A permanent position is offered. Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.
Our PMS is called Mews and we use Vingcard.
We have a collective agreement. Salary according to agreement.
For this position, we require that you can communicate in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities include standard reception tasks such as booking, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, and cleaning.
Being able to serve food and drinks and assist with breakfast is part of the job. We are also looking for employees who can work weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications:
- can express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- have good computer skills, master Microsoft Office, and have knowledge of one or more booking systems; we use MEWS.
- are service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile
- can work independently
- have several years of experience from hotel reception
