What will you be doing?

In this role, you will create a welcoming environment and interactions with all guests, clients, and colleagues. It is important for us to recognize the significance of making an excellent first impression and to carry the hospitality with pride while always maintaining a high-class standard. Your role means always being one step ahead, taking initiative, and ensuring that every meeting is positive and smooth.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Welcoming and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Ensuring that the reception and surrounding areas are always presentable
  • Taking care of the conference group, from event booking to the end of the conference
  • Ensuring that the office is in top condition and actively working on improvements and finding solutions to optimize operations.
  • Being attentive to upselling and promoting development in the office
  • Administration related to the role

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • A strong sense of service and top-class hospitality.
  • Experience as a receptionist, conference host, or equivalent service profession
  • The ability to speak fluent Swedish to build good relationships with clients and guests
  • Comfortable speaking English with English-speaking clients
  • Experience working with various types of digital systems

About the employment

Employment type: Part-time at 75%

Location: Solna

Working hours: Weekdays (Monday-Friday) between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM during varying times.
