Ligula Hospitality Group is the parent company of a privately owned group in strong growth. We own, manage, and develop brands and concepts within the hotel and restaurant industry. Since 2015, we have more than doubled the number of hotels, and the expansion continues. The group currently consists of 47 hotels in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany operating under the brands ProfilHotels, Apartments by Ligula, Motel L, Good Morning Hotels, and Collection by Ligula. Through agreements, we also operate five Best Western Plus hotels. We typically employ around 800 full-time staff and generate over 1,400 MSEK in revenue.

In January 2025, we opened the doors to Ligula's newly acquired hotel, Best Western Plus Skogshöjd in Södertälje. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a flexible, service-minded, and positive person for our reception.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied environment, enjoys collaborating, and has a genuine interest in service.

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time or extra as needed during the day, evenings, and weekends, with a good chance of full-time work.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Reception: Guest reception, check-in and check-out, accommodation and meeting bookings, responding to emails and guest reviews, proactively working with service sales, meeting arrangements, and assisting other departments. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests receive personal attention and the best possible service.

Qualifications we value:

• Qualifications
• At least one year of experience in hotel reception
• Knowledge of the hotel booking system MEWS is an advantage
• Enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is positive, engaged, outgoing, meticulous, responsible, and takes initiative
• Loves working with service
• Is both a team player and independent
• You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
