About the role

As the venue manager at Fika & Wine, you will play a key role in developing and running our new unit located in Gamla Stan and take responsibility for our new food and beverage concept moving forward.

Your responsibilities:

You will ensure the highest quality and efficiency.

Lead and inspire the team – recruit, coach, and develop staff within food & beverage.

Scheduling.

Ensure a top-class guest experience where quality, service, and overall experience are the focus.

Budget and financial responsibility – purchasing, cost control, and profitability optimization.

Plan and execute special events.

Develop menus and concepts in collaboration with the head chef to create new taste experiences with a consistent Scandinavian focus.

We can offer a permanent position of 75-100% starting with a probationary period immediately. You will be able to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Initially, the work will be more administrative as we are in the startup phase.

You will initially join an existing operation that opened in 2019 and then help plan for the upcoming opening of the next unit in Gamla Stan.
