ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for a driven and knowledgeable Event Manager for Villa Dagmar. This unique boutique hotel, located in the heart of Stockholm, combines international standards with an intimate atmosphere. With us, you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable events in an environment that exudes elegance and style.

Responsibilities for the Event Manager

As the Event Manager at Villa Dagmar, you will play a central role in planning and executing high-quality events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating events from start to finish.
• Coordinating with the kitchen team and technical staff to ensure all event details are perfect.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with both new and returning clients.
• Managing budgets and ensuring good profitability for each event.
• Actively working to improve guest satisfaction and review quality.
• Participating in the development of strategic plans for events.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about events and service. You should have the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing events, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work structured under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are solution-oriented, resilient, flexible, and passionate about service.
