Head Waiter/Maitre'D for Exclusive Private Dining

Do you thrive in stakeholder relationships and have experience as a Head Waiter or Maitre'D at a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or private corporate dining? Are you looking for a role where you will work closely with a select group of private clients, ensuring top-tier service and quality?

We are looking for a service-driven and proactive individual to join our Hospitality Team in north of Stockholm. This role is focused on delivering an outstanding experience in our client's private dining space, ensuring seamless service and meticulous attention to detail.

You will play a key role in the daily operations, being the primary point of contact for guests, bookers, and stakeholders. Building strong relationships and delivering a smooth, personalized experience will be at the heart of your work.

Profile:

• Passion for exceptional service with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Experience from high-end restaurants or private corporate dining.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and naturally hospitable.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in the private dining area, ensuring flawless bookings.
• Work closely with bookers and stakeholders to tailor each experience.
• Collaborate with the F&B provider to plan and deliver high-quality, sustainable meals.
• Act as the main point of contact for meeting organizers, ensuring top-tier service.
• Actively seek guest feedback to continuously refine the dining experience.
• Support other areas within the Hospitality Team as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within high-end restaurants or private dining.
• Completion of Swedish Gymnasium or equivalent.
