About the job

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a chef with us, one of Stockholm's finer Chinese ramen restaurants! We are looking for someone who is positive, self-driven, and able to handle stress.

The restaurant focuses on both lunch and dinner service. As a chef with us, it is important that you can work in a fast-paced environment, stay calm, and juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

As a chef with us, you will work on:

* making traditional Chinese hand-pulled noodles in various sizes from flour

* preparing meat and vegetables

* kneading dough

* independently braising beef and making beef bone broth while checking its saltiness

* wokking noodles

* keeping the kitchen clean

Qualifications: To perform well in this position, you need to meet the following qualifications:

* experience in making Chinese hand-pulled noodles

* experience in cooking Chinese food as described above

* flexibility regarding working hours

* ability to handle stress

* ability to communicate in Chinese, although writing in Chinese is not required

* ability to skillfully use chopsticks (as we need chopsticks to serve noodles)
