About the Position:

This is a long-term and developing part-time job suitable for those who want to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute during spring, autumn, and winter, with the possibility of working full-time during the summer. We value long-term collaborations and therefore seek someone who has at least one year left in their studies and is looking for flexible working hours in a stable and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative, you will be a central contact point for our tenants and potential customers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving and handling inquiries and issues from tenants and prospects via phone, email, chat, and sometimes directly in customer service.
• Assisting with maintenance requests and answering questions about housing and living.
• Managing administrative tasks, coordinating, and registering cases to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Actively contributing to improving and developing the customer service operation and service level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is a student or has another primary occupation of at least 50%. You have at least one year left in your studies and are seeking a long-term part-time job where you can develop both professionally and personally. You are flexible, positive, and enjoy providing high-quality service. Since the role involves administrative tasks, it is important that you are organized and have good computer skills. You are also a quick learner and can work at least 2-4 shifts per week.
