The Cooperative Hand in Hand is a member-driven organization established in 1995 for individuals entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with the Social Insurance Agency/municipality to personnel issues concerning personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person to live their life like everyone else.

I am a woman living in Östra Göinge/Broby. I am looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant. I have MS and use a wheelchair. The job involves assisting with personal care and performing daily tasks in my home. You will also support me in various everyday situations and leisure activities.

I am now looking for a summer substitute who wants to work with me this summer while my regular assistants are on leave. The work shifts are scheduled during the day and every other weekend. A driver's license is required. There are bus connections, but it is recommended to have access to a car.

Education and experience are not required; what is important to me is that the personal chemistry is right. I prefer female applicants in the age group of 40-50 years. We guarantee at least one shadowing session of 4 hours.
