We have recently decided on a new organization and are now looking for a clear, structured, development-oriented, and goal-driven method developer.

The position is newly established here with us at Enskede Årsta Vantör. Greater responsibility is placed on managers and employees to ensure that our efforts yield results. To support managers and employees in this important task, a new position is being created to prioritize method development within outpatient care.

Your role

The assignment includes both strategic and operational work. By linking theory and practice, you will be able to create a common understanding of the improvement opportunities within the organization. As a method developer, you will assist the managers and employees in outpatient care to effectively drive work towards specified goals.

The unit's goals and results are monitored, and you ensure that the organization works preventively, knowledge-based, and is easily accessible for the children and families we receive, meeting families' needs. Implementation and development of methods and working methods are central to the position, and collaboration occurs with the department's other units and support functions.

Other tasks may include introducing new employees, answering surveys, establishing routines, case reviews, and user surveys in quality follow-up.

Your qualifications and experience

Required qualifications

• Degree in Social Work
• Supervisor training
• Step 1 preferably with CBT focus
• Training in systemic family work

Desirable qualifications

• Extensive experience in social services authority practice and assessed family treatment in municipal operations
• You have knowledge of the target group of children and young people in social services, their problems and needs, and the support and interventions offered
• Easy to collaborate and skilled in communication
• Structured, self-driven, and proactive
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• You enjoy varied tasks and working independently
• Knowledge of norm-breaking behavior and relational violence

We face exciting challenges as the Enskede Årsta Vantör district grows and entirely new neighborhoods are built. Approximately 18,000 new apartments are planned by 2030.
