Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a female escort for a 16-year-old girl with intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, and epilepsy. The assignment includes 20 hours per month spread over 4-5 occasions, taking place on weekday afternoons and weekends. The user wishes to go for walks, visit community centers, and swimming pools during the escorting. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, responsive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During the escorting, you will engage in various activities outside the home with the user. Escorting services are intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will ask for references and an extract from the police criminal record.
