What does the part-time job as a Talent Sourcer entail?

Here you get the chance to work with Gothenburg's most wonderful team, CORE Talent, which has a relaxed atmosphere and enjoys fun both at work and outside of it. We are driven by developing together and learning from each other. The position is internal at Manpower as a Talent Sourcer, where your tasks will include:

• Making a first selection of candidates
• Reviewing CVs
• Conducting phone interviews
• Scheduling candidates for interviews with consulting managers
• Declining candidates who do not meet the job requirements

We believe it is important for you to have a good start with us, and you will therefore receive thorough training where you will learn various systems and how to conduct phone interviews effectively and with quality awareness.

The working hours are Monday to Friday during the day, on-site at Manpower's office, and we want you to be able to work at least two full days a week (about 50h/month). You will schedule your shifts together with your manager, and there is flexibility available. We would like you to be able to work more shifts during our peak seasons (April, May, October, and November). During the summer months, there will be fewer shifts, allowing you the flexibility to combine the position with another summer job, if desired.

The office is located in the newly built Citygate in Gårda, the tallest office building in the Nordics, with a lovely view over Gothenburg.

Are you our next star?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying human resources or a similar program at university/college with at least 3 semesters left
• Can work at least 2 full days a week (about 50h/month), preferably more shifts during peak season (April, May, October & November)
• Has good computer/system skills.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a good understanding of English, both spoken and written

We also prefer if you have previous experience in service or customer support jobs!

Therefore, you need to be an open person who finds it easy to work with others while being independent and able to make your own decisions. You are a good judge of character as you handle different types of people and match them to the right assignments.
