We are seeking a business leader in Nordics with a broad skill set which demonstrates analytical horsepower, vendor management skills, excellent business judgment, strong negotiation skills, deep curiosity to uncover how things work, and a passion for building a world class experience through services for our customers.
The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, have strong relationship management skills, demonstrate strong voice and data crunching skills, show strong ownership and commitment, and have proven leadership experience in managing projects.
Responsibilities –
• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients across Nordics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting clients' evolving needs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Address any concerns or conflicts raised by key clients promptly and professionally, striving to reach win-win resolutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, alliance and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
Required skills and qualifications –
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least a decade of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the technology industry (very large global system integrators) with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets.
• Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and industry developments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.
• Knowledge of sales data analysis.
• A willingness to travel extensively.
• Result-driven, action-focused, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, high energy levels, and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build a good rapport with key clients.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills, as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum guidance.
