You will work for a woman living in Lund who enjoys social life. She is 47 years old, lively and cheerful, and thinks cats are very nice!

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra during the spring and be a substitute during the summer. The woman has assistance around the clock with sleeping duty at night. Day shifts may occur. We offer you a varied job in a pleasant assistant team aged 25-50 years.

Our assistance user only wishes female applicants.

She has her own accommodation in Lund and due to intellectual disabilities and a mobility impairment, she needs help with most things that may arise in everyday life. For example, personal care, household maintenance, cooking, and help and support during leisure activities.

We are looking for someone who:

- Speaks fluent Swedish to facilitate communication for the user and support communication with others.

- Is non-smoking

- Ideally has experience in similar work, but the most important thing is that the personal chemistry between you matches.

Shadowing can start immediately.

Kooperativet Vilja is a user cooperative, a non-profit organization where the needs of assistance users are in focus.

Through membership in the cooperative, assistance users are given a unique opportunity to influence their own assistance and how the cooperative is run.

The cooperative is an IfA approved assistance provider and follows a business-adapted collective agreement between Fremia and Kommunal. As an employee, you will be offered wellness benefits after 6 months of employment as well as ongoing competence-enhancing training.
