We have recently decided on a new organization and are now looking for a clear, structured, development-oriented, and goal-driven method developer.

The position is newly established here at Enskede Årsta Vantör. Greater responsibility is placed on managers and employees to ensure that our efforts yield results. To support managers and employees in this important task, a new position is being established to prioritize method development within outpatient care.

Your role

The assignment includes both strategic and operational work. By linking theory and practice, you will be able to create a common understanding of improvement opportunities within the organization. As a method developer, you will assist the managers and employees in outpatient care to effectively work towards set goals.

The unit's goals and results are monitored, and you ensure that the organization works preventively, knowledge-based, and is easily accessible for the children and families we receive, meeting their needs. Implementation and development of methods and working practices are central to the position, and collaboration occurs with other units and support functions within the department.

Other tasks may include introducing new employees, responding to surveys, establishing routines, case reviews, and user surveys in quality follow-up.

Your skills and experience

Required qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker
• Supervisor training
• Step 1 preferably with CBT focus
• Training in systemic family work

Desirable qualifications

• Extensive experience in social services authority practice and assessed family treatment in municipal operations
• You have knowledge of the target group of children and youth in social services, their problems and needs, and the support and interventions offered
• Easy to collaborate and skilled in communication
• Structured, self-driven, and proactive
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• You enjoy varied tasks and working independently
• Knowledge of norm-breaking behavior and relational violence
