Your job at Qamcom

Here, you will be a vital part of our product development, from the initial concept to full-scale launch and production. Together with experienced colleagues, you will play a crucial role in the entire process.

We are looking for an experienced FPGA designer who wants to help develop new solutions and push technical boundaries. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with our customers to understand their needs, shape the product's functionality, and make key decisions about algorithms, implementation, and long-term sustainability.

At Qamcom, you work on projects at a high technical level. Many of us have a PhD or many years of experience, so you will be working with exceptionally skilled colleagues.

We have a role-based organization, without managers, where you have the opportunity to influence and develop your place in the organization.

We are at the intersection of product and consulting companies, which allows us to work with new development and innovation. We offer exciting assignments with a mix of in-house and external work with clients.

You have great freedom to manage your work based on what suits you and the project.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, you have at least a 3-year academic education and 6 years of experience, or you have a PhD.

You are familiar with FPGA design and related technologies such as VHDL, embedded electronics, firmware, AMD/Altegra. You may also have knowledge in signal processing or from manufacturing processes for PCBA.

We are looking for someone who is communicative and enjoys developing innovative solutions and ideas. You thrive on collaborating with both colleagues and clients to understand project requirements and deliver effectively. You are used to organizing and managing your own work.
