About the role

We are looking for an experienced project manager or technical project manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and automation. With us, you will lead development and production projects within the industry, where you, together with our customers and teams, create the solutions of the future. Your role will be to plan, coordinate, and drive projects that optimize production flows, improve cost efficiency, and shorten lead times.

You will work both on in-house projects and at customer sites, where you will be a key player in realizing technical visions. The role also includes budget responsibility and risk management – but above all, it is about making a difference through technology and collaboration.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects within electrical engineering, automation, and production
• Identify and manage risks, and report project status to the steering group
• Create and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Be responsible for project budgets, timelines, and ensuring deliveries meet set goals

Who are you?

You are a self-driven and communicative leader with the ability to create engagement within your team. You thrive in a dynamic environment where technology and business benefit go hand in hand. With your technical understanding and solution-oriented approach, you see opportunities where others see obstacles.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• a university degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• several years of experience in project or technical project management within electrical engineering, automation, or industrial production
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• the ability to understand and analyze technical processes

It is a plus if you have:

• experience in production management or industrialization of technical projects
• certification in project management (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent)
• experience with supplier contacts and risk management
