We at Attendo are now looking for summer substitutes for Attendo Näsbyterrassen in Täby.

Attendo Näsbyterrassen is a modern, newly built residence focused on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a nice newly built area with cafes, restaurants, and greenery around the corner. The residence has 100 apartments, both for people with dementia and somatic diseases. At the top of the building, there are two large terraces, a spa and relaxation area, a large common room, and a gym for our customers.

About the role

As a care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in helping the elderly and providing good service
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Ability to handle digital tools
• Computer skills

Meritorious:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
• Experience in care work in elderly care
• Experience in delegation.
