What does the role look like? As a specialist in Microsoft 365, you will increase customers' business value through effective and secure use of Microsoft 365. You simplify daily work, strengthen team collaboration, and enhance productivity by supporting clients with tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Purview, and Copilot for Microsoft 365. To succeed in the role, you need to have experience and insight into how a client can benefit from the tools in Microsoft's platform and how usage can be done securely. The work involves you:

• Assisting the client with strategic consulting regarding Microsoft 365.

• Identifying and analyzing clients' goals, needs, and working methods.

• Mapping and creating strategies for the digital workplace, including implementation plans and information architecture.

• Conducting workshops and training, including in Copilot, working methods, and information security.

• Managing projects related to the digital workplace.

• Taking on the role of solution architect, depending on your profile.

• Driving change management within the projects.

Who are you? You have an interest in digital workplace solutions, information security, and data governance and experience in supporting organizations with digital tools as well as acting as an advisor. You have excellent communication skills, enjoy driving change, and lead projects in both Swedish and English. You also need to:

• In-depth experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and security platforms.

• Strategic and practical knowledge of implementing technology solutions.

• A desire to constantly stay updated with what is happening in Microsoft 365 to provide your clients with the best advice for their business.
