InDomi AB is a group that operates HVB homes, enhanced family home care through InDomi Hem, and psychiatric care through JeWe psychiatry. The common thread for the entire group is the high ambition regarding quality.

At Rosenhill Teen Home, we work with children and adolescents aged 12–18 years. Rosenhill is an HVB home for young people who expose their health and development to significant risks through problems in social interaction, relationship issues with parents, peers, and have inadequate or failed schooling. The youth may have a destructive social circle and be at risk of falling into substance abuse, criminality, or other destructive behaviors, as well as neuropsychiatric difficulties. The methods we currently work with are TBA, MI, RePulse, and HAP. We also have a low-arousal approach and a humanistic perspective.

At Rosenhill, you will have an exciting and rewarding job with varied tasks. You will come to your workplace with energy and joy. As staff and employees with us, you are professional, attentive, responsible, caring, independent, and engaged. You are secure, clear, and meet our youth with respect while maintaining a low-arousal approach.

YOUR TASKS

You will provide the residents with qualified treatment and a good, safe, caring, and structured everyday life. As treatment staff, you will be responsible as a contact person for one of the youth living with us. This means planning the treatment work together with the youth, stakeholders, and colleagues. Daily tasks also include household chores such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, etc. There are both day and night shifts with sleeping on-call duty.

QUALIFICATIONS

• It is advantageous if you have a two-year post-secondary education with a treatment focus, such as treatment pedagogue, social pedagogical education, behavioral science education, or social worker.

• Knowledge and experience working with youth who have fallen into criminality for various reasons, have substance abuse issues, functional variations, mental health problems, and have experienced trauma are advantageous.
