JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new star to join our team in economic assistance for a parental leave substitute.

The unit currently consists of a unit manager, a senior social worker, and eight social workers.

The position involves investigating and assessing the right to economic assistance, as well as actively supporting individuals to stand on their own feet and achieve independence both socially and economically. You will work in a mapping and motivational capacity with those you meet and collaborate with other actors, both internally and externally.

All work within the unit involves qualified social work where assessments and decisions are made based on applicable laws, legal practices, and delegation. Therefore, we require a degree in social work and consider it an asset if you have previously worked with economic assistance or have experience in public authority work. Experience with MIX, MI, and the operational system Combine is also advantageous.

A valid driver's license (B category) is required as travel is part of the job.

We are looking for someone who is structured, has an easy time collaborating and building relationships, and has an understanding of people and their sometimes complex life situations.

As a newly hired social worker, you will receive an introduction and case management support. The group has ongoing external supervision.

Number of positions: 1

The position is a fixed-term employment for at least one (1) year with a desired start date of 2025-05-01 or according to agreement. The substitute may be extended.

Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period. You must present a degree certificate from the social work program. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
