About the role of Claims Advisor

As a Claims Advisor at our client in Norrtälje, you will play a central role in managing claims processes and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for assessing, documenting, and communicating damages in dialogue with customers and insurance companies.

• Receive and handle claims reports from customers
• Perform assessments and calculations of damages
• Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and insurance companies
• Collaborate with workshop staff to plan and follow up on repairs

Qualifications for Claims Advisor

• Experience in claims management or a similar role is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding of vehicles and damage repairs
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• Familiarity with using computers and administrative systems
