Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Controller Manager for a consulting assignment where you will play a key role in improving financial management and investment processes. You will work with budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure monthly performance tracking and analysis at various levels within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

As a Controller Manager, you will:

Be responsible for ensuring that the budgeting and forecasting process adheres to the timeline and quality requirements.
Ensure monthly performance tracking at departmental, unit, and property levels.
Follow up on investments in relation to the budget and quality assure investment calculations.
Drive requirements and implementation of BI systems.
Contribute to improved accounting and analysis of operating profits at the property level.
Be responsible for the market valuation process of properties.
Conduct ad hoc analyses for the CFO, CEO, and management.
Work towards increased efficiency and process development within the finance area.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least 5 years of experience in controlling within the real estate industry. Experience in both business controlling and project controlling. Solid experience in investment calculations. Experience in driving development projects, such as BI systems and process development. A university degree of at least 3 years. Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Preferred Experience

Experience in property valuation.

Location

The assignment will be performed at the office in Skärholmen, with the possibility to work remotely two days a week.
