About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced communicator for a consulting assignment.

Scope: Full-time 100%
Start: April 22nd (possibly earlier)
Duration: 6 months, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Poolia but will work at our client's location. There is an opportunity for remote work 45% of the time.

Your Main Responsibilities

IMY is increasingly working with guidance to help organizations comply with data protection regulations. Our website is our primary external communication channel, and we use the CMS tool Optimizely.

There is a high demand for audience-adapted web content. Therefore, the client is looking for a communicator who can assist in writing and publishing on our website. If time permits, we also see a need for support in writing and publishing on the client's intranet.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Higher education, for example in media and communication or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as a communicator.
Good knowledge of digital communication
Good skills in MS Office
Very good knowledge of the web publishing tool Optimizely (formerly Episerver)
Very good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of plain language, i.e., language that is polished, simple, and understandable – and above all adapted to the needs of the recipients.
Knowledge of accessibility adaptation of websites
