About the position. We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for our group in contaminated areas. At DGE, you will have the opportunity to combine your experience in project management with a developing leadership role where you drive important projects forward while strengthening and developing the service area.

As a leader with us, your work will be an exciting mix of strategic responsibility and practical implementation. In addition to working on projects, you will:

• Lead investigations and risk assessments
• Be responsible for the group's joint planning
• Develop the service area
• Contribute to the personal development of the group's employees

Our clients are within Swedish industry, energy production, and the public sector, and we work with everything from environmental technical surveys and status reports to projects related to property acquisitions and exploitation.

At DGE, we value collaboration and team spirit. You will work closely with colleagues with different competencies – from biologists and chemists to engineers and geologists – at our offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Kalmar. Who we are looking for. We are looking for a confident and engaged leader who:

• Has several years of experience in contaminated areas, preferably as a project manager
• Enjoys leading both projects and people
• Is structured, meticulous, and communicative, with the ability to inspire others

Your leadership is characterized by clarity and humility. You have the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details, and you build strong and long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Location and other details. The position is preferably located in Gothenburg or Malmö, but placement in Kalmar can also be discussed depending on your background. The role does not involve any formal personnel responsibility.
