Our mission

Many of the services/projects we work with at Clustera are commissioned by the Public Employment Service. These include, among others, Prepare and Match, Career Guidance, and Steps to Work. The purpose is to provide our participants, who are job seekers, with support and assistance in making well-considered choices to find sustainable paths to education and employment. During the guidance, they will become aware of their competencies, abilities, and what they need to develop in terms of skills to achieve their goals.

The position

As a career and study advisor, you will be part of a team that guides our participants across Sweden. Many of the guidance conversations will therefore be conducted remotely. Your task is to support and guide the participants, based on their circumstances, towards realistic study and career choices. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, conducting individual conversations and group activities. The position includes informing participants about various educational paths and professional fields and supporting them on their way to suitable and sustainable education and jobs. Together with the participant, you will build a realistic career plan that outlines the steps needed to reach the ultimate goal – a job.

Your tasks will include:

  • Conducting mapping conversations and individual guidance sessions.
  • Being responsible for the cohesive guidance process.
  • Within the Career Guidance service, also conducting group guidance and lectures.
  • Identifying the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests.
  • Creating clear and realistic career plans together with the participants.
  • Planning and documenting.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and other career and study advisors.

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-sufficient, goal-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-oriented, and can adapt to different people and situations. Additionally, you are accustomed to gathering information, have good knowledge of today's educational fields, and have experience using digital tools.

The position is a permanent part-time/full-time employment based at our office in Ludvika.

You need to meet the following requirements

You are a qualified career and study advisor and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Proof of studies must be presented.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are an advantage.

Employment: Part-time/full-time permanent position based at our office in Ludvika.

Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement.
